HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.39410 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Smt. A.Anjali, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that 2nd respondent is not disposing of LCID No.5 of 2015 filed by him in spite of the fact that more than three years have been elapsed since its filing. 3.

Smt. Anjali, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that the Presiding Officer of the 2nd respondent- Tribunal is handling two other Courts and there is considerable pendency which he has to take care of.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the said LCID No.5 of 2015 within three months after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
