THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.25706 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the auction notice, dated 16.07.2015, issued for sale of house property bearing D.Nos.7-3-15 and 7-3-16 of Uravakonda Gram Panchayat, Uravakonda SRD, Anantapur, in exercise of powers conferred under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

When the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Sri B.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent - Bank, submits that pursuant to the auction notice, dated 16.07.2015, auction is not conducted for want of bidders and as such, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. He further submits that the petitioner has not complied with the conditional order, dated 17.08.2015, passed by this Court.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs. ______________________ R. SUBHASH REDDY, J ___________________________
