THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37988 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners' grievance is that they had submitted a representation dated 23.6.2017 for restoration of freedom fighters pension, but, the respondents are not taking any action thereon. Learned Government Pleader, Revenue appearing for respondents, states that respondents 1 and 2 will consider the said representation within two months and communicate their decision to the petitioners. Therefore, Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners' representation dt.23.6.2017 for restoration of freedom fighters pension, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
