HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39541 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not considering the representation dated 20.10.2018, made by the petitioner and in not discharging their statutory duties for demolition of illegal and unauthorized construction made by respondent No.4 in plot No.927/1, admeasuring 200 square yards, Block "G" in Survey No.134/20, situated at Meer Sagar, H/o.Mailardevpally, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 20.10.2018, at the earliest. 4) Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the same. He however submits that the competent authority shall only deal with the said representation.

5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 20.10.2018, seeking removal of unauthorized constructions made by respondent No.4 in plot No.927/1, admeasuring 200 square yards, Block "G" in Survey No.134/20, situated at Meer Sagar, H/o.Mailardevpally,

Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, if he is otherwise authorized to do so, in accordance with law.
