HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.244 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.1860 of 2013 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District.

2. Wife filed this petition. According to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was performed on 06.03.2011 at Varthakasangam, Jammikunta, Karimnagar, as per Hindu rites and customs and after the marriage they were blessed with a male child on 04.03.2012, who was named as Harshavardhan, and it is stated that they lived happily at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, for about one month and thereafter, respondent started harassing her and she went to her parents' house and thereafter issued a legal notice to respondent and respondent filed O.P.No.1860 of 2013 before Family Court, Ranga Reddy District. She contended that she is residing at Jammikunta in Karimnagar District and it is difficult for her to travel from that place to Hyderabad with small child of two years. She further stated that taking her convenience into consideration, O.P.No.1860 of 2013 has to be transferred from Family Court, Ranga Reddy, to Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District.

3. Respondent though made appearance through

advocate did not file any counter disputing the affidavit averments of petitioner.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, O.P.No.1860 of 2013 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, and transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, for disposal in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is ordered.

6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
