THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.32389 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioners state that they are the owners of the lands admeasuring Ac.1.00 and Ac.2.00 in Survey Nos.67/E2 and 67/E1, respectively of Nagireddipally Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is stated that they have already obtained pattadar passbooks and appropriate order was also passed by the then Mandal Revenue Officer, Ranga Reddy District, under Exs.P5 and P6, dated 30.07.2015. Alleging that the 1st respondent is insisting on production of 'No Objection Certificate' for entertaining the sale deeds, the present Writ Petition is filed. The issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.17809 of 2015 and batch, dated 22.06.2015.

In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the registering authority concerned to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners without insisting on production of 'No Objection Certificate' to be obtained by them. The registering authority concerned is further directed to receive and process the documents in accordance with the Registration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and if the documents are in conformity with the provisions, thereafter register and release the same in accordance with the due procedure.
