In this Writ Petition, petitioner assails the order of suspension dated 27.09.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent. 3.

It is not the case of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent is not competent to pass suspension order. If that being so, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. 4.

However, under Rule 33 of the Telangana Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, petitioner has an effective and efficacious remedy of appeal. Without exhausting the said remedy of appeal, this Writ Petition is filed. 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that petitioner is no way responsible for the alleged incident and other officers/employees are responsible. This is a matter for consideration by the appropriate authority. 6.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appropriate appellate authority seeking review of the suspension or reinstatement into service. It is needless to observe that if an appeal is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the appellate authority within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
