This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-6, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.55 of 2018 of Women Police Station, Khammam, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A-1 to A-6, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

The petitioners/A-1 to A-6, without approaching the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C., filed this application. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to consider this application by this Court. The petitioners/A-1 to A-6 are at liberty to file an application before the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C. if they choose to do so.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
