Petitioner's grievance is that it had applied on 02.03.2017 and 23.08.2017 to 4th respondent seeking mutation of his name in revenue records and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioner should apply in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') with all supporting material and if such application is made, 4th respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application in Form 6A prescribed under the Act with all supporting material, and if such application is made, within six (06) weeks thereafter, 4th respondent shall take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
