ORDER:
The impugned order dated 10.05.2013, which was already questioned in WP.No.16417 of 2013 and batch dated 05.07.2013, is questioned in this writ petition by the petitioner.
2. This Court had already set aside the said proceeding in the aforesaid batch of writ petitions. In view of that, this writ petition is disposed of with the similar direction, as extracted hereunder:
"4. In that view of the matter, the understanding of the District Registrar, Guntur, that notwithstanding the age old assignment dating back to the year 1924, the subject assigned lands would fall within the ambit of the prohibition envisaged by law is incorrect. The impugned proceedings dated 10.05.2013 of the District Registrar, Guntur, are accordingly set aside. There shall be a consequential direction to the Sub-Registrar, Tadikonda, to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject lands without reference to the entries in the revenue records. In the event the said documents are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure." As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
