This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.159 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District, wherein the petitioners are alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 307 r/w 34 IPC. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that no orders are necessary in this petition.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
