This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.363 of 2013 from the file of the VII Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, at Vijayawada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the file of XII Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and he also filed a letter before the Registry to that effect.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 09.07.2015.
