ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.37 of 2015 of Vuyyuru Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC and under Section 5 of APPDFE Act, 1999, against the petitioners/A1 to A3.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the petitioners/accused in the aforesaid case were acquitted and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
