ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in suspending the petitioner from services vide proceedings dated 22.1.2016.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent produced a copy of the proceedings dated 9.6.2016 issued by the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad, reinstating the petitioner into service.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
