HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No. 2946 of 2018 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents alleging willful disobedience of the orders dated 18.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7509 of 2000.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned standing counsel for the respondents, has submitted that in compliance with the orders dated 18.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7509 of 2000, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioners and passed speaking orders dated 23.10.2018 rejecting their case.
