ORDER:- Since petitioner's suit is of the year 2006, petitioner could have had all the opportunity to lead whatever evidence he wants to lead. When his evidence was closed in March, 2015 and is posted for defendant's evidence, the present application, filed by the petitioner to reopen the suit and to permit him to lead further evidence, was rightly found to be unjustified by the court below under the impugned order. No grounds are made out warranting interference.
