2. Petitioner seeks rectification of entries in the revenue record on the basis of directions issued by this Court in OSA.Nos.38, 39 and 40 of 2011 dated 28.08.2001. Petitioner had already filed a representation dated 31.12.2014 before the fourth respondent setting out detailed reasons including the orders of this court, referred to above, along with requisite documents and requested the fourth respondent to consider her request. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.
3. On 20.07.2015, learned Government Pleader was directed to get instructions. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader reports no instructions.
4. In the circumstances, it is just and appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, referred to above and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after notice to the affected parties expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J
