THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7655 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondents in not considering the petitioner representation dated 9-10-2015 to transfer the petitioner from Greater Hyderabad Region to Mahabubnagar Region on loss of seniority as petitioner old age parents are suffering with heart ailment and paralysis is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable and violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner case for transfer from Greater Hyderabad Region to Mahabubnagar Region on loss of seniority on permanent basis as petitioner old age parents are suffering with heart ailment and Paralysis by considering the petitioner representation dated 9-10-2015."

Heard, Sri K. Venkateshwarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B. Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 0910-2015 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated

09-10-2015, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 09-102015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein if it is already not considered, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
