Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied for conduct of survey through representation dt.14-12-2016 made to 3rd respondent in respect of the land claimed by him, and that notices of survey have been issued, but the survey has not been completed though more than ten months have elapsed since then. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 3rd respondent will complete the survey within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to the affected parties.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the survey within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to the affected parties.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
