"to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the proceedings Rc.No.71lN1-3/SCERT/2013-49, dated 28.02.2014 not allowing the students oF the petitioner Minority Educational Institution to write l't year D.Ed., examinations for the academic year 2OL2-2013, as illegal, arbitrary and Contrary to law and liable to be set aside, consequently direct the respondents to allow the students of the petitioner institution to write the 1't year D.Ed examinations for the academic year 2Ol22013, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper. "
2. It is represented by learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education that the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication any more.

Bringing the said submission on record, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
