This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw M.V.O.P.No.297 of 2013 from the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (in the Court of the District Judge), Ongole and transfer the same to the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cumV Additional District Court at Nellore to be tried along with O.P.No.113 of 2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
