HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.35300 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dated 10.10.2017 issued by the 1st respondent wherein the petitioner was asked as to why he should not be removed from service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that similarly placed persons with the same charge were given lesser punishment, but, whereas the petitioner was issued show cause notice with harsher punishment.

Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation produced proceedings dated 24.10.2017 said to have been issued in pursuance to the show cause notice whereby the respondent Corporation removed the petitioner from service.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Since petitioner counsel states that he would prefer appeal, petitioner can raise all his objections in the appeal and the appellate authority shall consider the same while deciding the appeal.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
