ORDER:

Aggrieved by the seizure of stocks, petitioner made representation dated 19.10.2018 to the Joint Collector, Kadapa district requesting to release the stock. On due consideration of the said request, subject to petitioner furnishing personal bond, appropriate decision be taken for releasing the stock within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the stock is released, the same shall be subject to proceedings under Section 6A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed.
