Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents'on written instructions would submit that the complaint sent by the petitioner through registered post was received by respondent No.5 police station on 30.12.2025 and upon examination of the contents of the complaint, respondent No.5 registered a case in FIR No. 1715 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 for the offences under Sections 318 (4) and 351 (2) of BNS against K.V.D. prasadaccused No. 1, Kotwala Madhuri-accused No.2 and K.L.V. Apparao-accused No.3 and Narajarla Chandra Sekhara Raoaccused No.4 and the matter is presently under investigation at the preliminaqr stage. It is further stated that in view of the admitted factual position, the allegation that the respondent police failed to initiate action on the petitioner's complaint is false, incorrect and investigation is under progress and thus no cause of action survives in the present a writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
A perusal of the record would disclose that upon receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, F.I.R.No.L7IS of 2O2S dated 3O. 12.2025 has been registered against the culprits by the respondent No.S-Police Station for the offences under
Sections 318 (4) and 351 (2) of BNS and the investigation is under progress. Therefore, in view of the registration of F.I.R, this Court finds no reason or cause for adjudicating the present petition and the same is liable to be closed. 5.
