Sri K. Naveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate criminal court, where the F.I.R. is registered, to seek release of the vehicles in connection with F.I.R. No.50 of 2016 of Amudalavalasa Police Station.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
