THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.3840 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This writ petition is filed questioning the e-auction notice dated 17.01.2015 for conducting auction for sale of movable and immovable properties under the charge of respondent Bank, as per the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. When the matter was listed on 24.02.2015, there was no representation for the petitioners and, therefore, it was adjourned. Even on 03.06.2015, as there was no representation for the petitioners, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Today, despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', neither the counsel for the petitioners is present nor there is any representation on their behalf and it indicates that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
