Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made an application in Form 6-A under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Book Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent for mutation and issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed to him in respect of the subject land, but the 3rd respondent is not disposing of the same. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said application and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
