The petitioner complains of non-issue of pattadar passbook and title deeds to her by Tahsildar, Erragondapalem Mandal, Prakasam District, the 4th respondent, with respect to Acs.11.43 cents of land in Survey No.629 of Venkatadripalem

Village, Erragondapalem Mandal, Prakasam District. The petitioner also seeks cancellation of pattadar passbook and title deeds issued to the 5th respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, who received instructions from the 4th respondent, submits that the petitioner is the own sister of the 5th respondent and though the petitioner claims that she purchased the said land in 1983, she has not filed any petition for grant of pattadar passbook before the 4th respondent so far. In the meantime, the then Mandal Revenue Officer, Erragondapalem Mandal, issued pattadar passbook and title deeds in favour of the 5th respondent in the year 2007 and consequently, mutation of his name was made in the revenue records. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 10.06.

2015, to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Markapuram, Prakasam District, the 3rd respondent, for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds and notices, which were already issued to the 5th respondent. It is also stated that enquiry on the petitioner's representation is being made and appropriate report would be submitted to the 3rd respondent.

Evidently, the enquiry on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.06.2015, is being conducted by the 4th respondent and since he states that he would submit report to the 3rd respondent, in my view, it is appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the report of the 4th respondent, as stated above, and after giving notice of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent, pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, referred to above, expeditiously. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
