Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner contends that he had sought for survey and demarcation of her land admeasuring Ac.0.20 gts in Sy. No.661 of Bayyaram village and Mandal of Mahabubabad District; that the surveyor had issued a notice dt.21-08-2017 that he would visit the petitioner's land on 29-08-2017 and conducted survey but subsequently he did not come to do survey on that day.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will instruct the surveyor attached to his office to complete the said survey sought by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other effected parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to instruct the surveyor attached to his office to complete the said survey sought by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other effected parties. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
