Petitioners'

grievance is that their application dt.26.07.2017 to the 3rd respondent in Form 6-A, as prescribed under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971, is not been disposed by the 3rd respondent till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' application dt.26.07.2017 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
