ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not regularizing the petitioners plot Nos.33 and 14 respectively in

Survey No.66/2, Rayadurg Navkhalsa Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under layout Regulations Scheme as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to regularize the petitioners plot Nos.33 and 14 respectively.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the subject matter of the present writ petition is similar and identical to that of W.P.No.32049 of 2013 and is squarely covered by the order, dated 08.11.2013, in W.P.No.32049 of 2013, and the same is not disputed or denied by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

3. For the reasons alike in the order in said writ petition and following the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
