Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied in Form 6A to the 4th respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.4.33 guntas in survey Nos.258/A, 259/A and 260/A of Jiblakpally Village, Bhoodan Pochampally Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District and that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
