HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 37432 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners are legal heirs of assignee and, in spite of the representations made by them to mutate their names in the revenue records, respondent No.3 is not taking any action. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the petitioners should apply in Form-VIA prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and, if such an application is made with supporting material, respondent No.3 will take appropriate action.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make application in Form-VIA with supporting material to respondent No.3 and, on receipt of such application, respondent No.3 shall take appropriate action and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
