This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.519 of 2018 of Ghatkeshwar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3 (1) (g), 3 (1) (r) of the SCs/STs (POA) Amendment Act, 2015.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 30.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court of Special Judge for SC/ST Cases, L.B.Nagar, and S.C.No.194 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
