Petitioner's grievance is that he had made representation to the 2nd respondent on 18.04.2017, 25.07.2017 and 05.08.2017 seeking survey of the lands claimed by him and that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will conduct survey as sought by the petitioner, after issuing notice to affected parties, on or before January, 2018 and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to conduct the survey as sought by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the affected parties, on or before January, 2018 and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
