By way of complaint dated 22.01.2018 made to the Inspector of Police, Ramgopalpet Police Station, Secunderabad, the petitioner herein while stating that he lent an amount of Rs.50,000/- and that the same is not returned, sought the intervention of the police. 2.

The written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ramgopalpet Police Station, Secunderabad are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. According to the said instructions, pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, the third respondent enquired into the complaint of the petitioner and found that there is dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 with regard to repayment of amount. It is further stated that the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ramgopalpet Police Station/third respondent herein suggested the petitioner herein to approach the concerned Court. It is further stated that the same was informed to the petitioner herein by way of a registered post on 23.11.2018.

Having regard to the above said instructions, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to approach appropriate forum of Law for reddressal of his grievance. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
