THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.37078 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he had preferred an appeal on 21.10.2017 before the 2nd respondent under Section 10 of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 challenging the order dt.11.10.2017 of the 1st respondent along with a stay application, and that the said appeal is not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1, 2 & 6 states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. Pending disposal of the said appeal, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order in Rc.No.B/566/2017 dt.11.10.2017 of the 1st respondent. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
