ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
" to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing notice, dated 08-01-2016 to demolish the Shops and residential house bearing No.22/326, in an extent of 11.25 square meters and 8.87 square meters situated at Karvanpet, Old Ward No.15, New Ward No.22, Adoni Municipality, Adoni, Kurnool District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles-21 and 300of the Constitution of India and consequently, to direct the respondents not
to take any coercive steps without following due process of law."
At the hearing, Mr. Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, submitted that the papers which are not connected with his property have been filed by the petitioner.
Mrs. K.Leela Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has admitted this submission and requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to her client to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper pleadings and material.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3231 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
