Petitioners'

grievance is that they have made representations on 16.05.2016 and 07.10.2017 to 4th respondent for mutation of their names in the revenue records and that the 4th respondent is not taking any action. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioners had to apply in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 with all supporting material and that if such application is made, 4th respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to apply in Form 6A prescribed under the above Act with all supporting material, and within six (06) weeks of receipt of such application, 4th respondent shall take appropriate action in that regard and communicate the same to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
