2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2016 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Nandigama, Krishna District, was dismissed for default on 17.02.2017.

3. The present transfer petition is filed seeking transfer of the said H.M.O.P. Therefore, the present transfer petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the request, in case, the said H.M.O.P. is restored to file.
