This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 29.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.423 of 2011 in O.S.No.292 of 2006 on the file of the Court of X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and to that effect, he also filed a letter dated 24.07.2018 before the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
