ORDER

Challenging the order dated 3.9.2015 passed in I.A.No.960 of 2015 in O.S.No.499 of 2013 by the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, whereby the petition filed under Order IX, Rule 7 read with Section 151 CPC was dismissed . On 09.10.2015, this Court passed the following order: "Notice before admission returnable in four weeks. Stay of pronouncement of judgment in O.S.No.499 of 2013 on the file of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, provided the written statement is filed in the suit on or before the said date. If no written statement is filed by the time, the suit is taken up for pronouncement of judgment, the Court is at liberty to proceed further."

It has been reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order has been complied with.

Learned counsel on either side have given their consent for setting aside the impugned order dated 3.9.2015 passed by the Court below. In view of compliance of the order dated 9.10.2015, the impugned order dated 3.9.2015 is set aside and the Court below is directed to proceed with the trial, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
