THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No. 38763 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 25.02.2015 to the 4th respondent for regularization of his occupation under G.O.Ms.No.59 dt.30.12.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will forward the said application to the Special Grade Deputy Collector, Rejendranagar Mandal, who will place the same before the Committee constituted under the said G.O. and the Committee will consider the same in accordance with law. 3.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to instruct the Special Grade Deputy Collector, Rajendranagar Mandal to place the petitioner's application before the Committee constituted under the above G.O. for consideration of the same for the purpose of regularization; on the placing of said application, the said Committee shall consider the same in accordance with law and communicate its decision to the petitioner; and this exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03)

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
