This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioners/A.1 to A.4 to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.681 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Malkajigiri Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 420 of I.P.C. and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on the report of the respondents 2 and 3 herein.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners so also the learned Public Prosecutor representing State-1st respondent before admission and before notice to the respondents 2 and 3 and perused the material on record.
3. As the material falls short for this Court to admit the petition to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.681 of 2015 supra but the factual matrix entitles for concession of bail to the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned and move an application for regular bail with a notice to the Public Prosecutor concerned, in such an event, after hearing, the learned Magistrate, to grant bail preferably on the same day with necessary conditions. Further remedies are left open in case of Court taken cognizance on police filing final report. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
