HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39566 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not preventing and stopping the illegal and unauthorized activities of respondent No.6 in construction of the church, contrary to G.O.Ms.No.263, Revenue dated 31.03.2010 at plot No.125, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 12.06.2018, made by the petitioners seeking to verify whether any permission was granted to construct a church in the said plot.

4) Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the same, provided the said representation is made and is still pending consideration. 5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to furnish a copy of the said representation to the concerned authorities, if recent representation is not available, in which

event, the authorities shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
