HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10745 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.171 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 r/w 34 I.P.C. and 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2) The defacto-complainant and accused in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.171 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
