Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that respondent Nos.4 to 10 have executed registered document in favour of 11th respondent with the collusion of 3rd respondent and that petitioner had given representation on 19-09-2017 to 2nd respondent in that regard seeking cancellation of the said documents and approached this Court to direct 2nd respondent to consider the said representation.

Petitioner, in my opinion, has an adequate alternative remedy in the Civil Court to question any document which they alleged to be fraudulent and 2nd respondent is not competent to decide such issues.

Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and grant any relief to the petitioner against 2nd respondent. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach competent Civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
