THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.36639 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied to the 4th respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent states that 4th respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
