ORDER:

Feeling aggrieved by the purported inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in stopping the illegal construction by respondent No.5, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. At the hearing, Mr. Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), on instructions, submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the officials of the GHMC are contemplating to issue notice to respondent No.5 and that further action as per law will be taken to prevent illegal construction by respondent No.5. This submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.1102 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as

infructuous.
