HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI C.R.P.No.46 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of the order dated 13.11.2014 passed by the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, in E.P.No.201 of 2014 in A.A.C.F.No.10 of 2012.

Sri K.Vasantha Rao, learned Counsel for the respondent, would inform this Court that after payment of the dues by the Judgment Debtors, the main E.P. itself was dismissed by the Court below.

In that view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition no longer survives for consideration on merits and is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
